Covers in-province film/television production expenditures incurred by a Canadian or foreign-controlled corporation. Can be claimed alongside federal tax credit programs.
*Note: Corporations can only claim the OFTTC OR the OPSTC for a single production.
Other eligible provinces: British Columbia, Quebec
For Canadian or foreign-controlled corporations, operating permanently in Ontario. Eligible productions include computer animation, visual/special effects, and post-production.
Additional regions available: Alberta, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, Quebec
Covers eligible expenditures for digital media products, incurred by Canadian or foreign-controlled corporations. Must operate in-province.
